We are to hold the second Northern Christmas Meet this year, once again at Seafield Caravan Park, Seahouses, Northumberland.
It is well North, but we think worth the journey and possibly also a venue more accessible to our Scottish members? There are 24 hardstandings with hookup and water, and a heated wash-block.
The site boasts free use of the private leisure centre, including a 20 metre pool and a licensed cafe/restaurant open from 8.00 am to 9.00 pm.
There are 10 restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the site, including the Bamburgh Hotel, the venue for our group meal on Thursday 28thNovember.
Northumberland is renowned for its coastal walks, but also the coastal bus services passes through Seahouses with destinations through, for example, Craster and Bamburgh (Castle), and as far North as Berwick or Alnwick to the South.
Fully inclusive site fees of £27 per night per unit include free wifi, unlimited use of the leisure centre and you qualify for one free night provided you request this by telephone at the time of booking.
