It will be held at Rutland Caravan and Camping Park, Park Lane, Greetham, Oakham, Rutland, LE15 7FN for four nights from Thursday 19th to Monday 23rd April

The price is £14.20 per night.

The AGM will be held at 6pm on Saturday 21st April in the Greetham Community Centre, which is next to the campsite, followed by a shared supper.

Greetham is a pleasant village with two pubs and a village shop, very near the campsite, and bus services to Oakham and Stamford.

SHARED SUPPER

The AGM will be held at 6pm on Saturday 21st April in the Greetham Community Centre, a short walk across a football pitch from the campsite. There will be a half hour break after the AGM to prepare for the shared supper. If you haven’t been to a Murvi shared supper before, the format is very simple; everyone brings a dish to share and this can be anything you fancy. We also bring along our own plates, dishes & cutlery.
This year we will have to buy alcoholic drinks from the bar.

To save too much walking back and forth, if you like, you can bring your food and crockery with you, when you come to the AGM. There is a kitchen at the centre so there will be some facilities for heating food there.

Don't forget to wear your name badge to the AGM, if you already have one!
