at Noble Court on the outskirts of the historic town of Narberth

At Noble Court Holiday Park, Redstone Road,

Narberth, Pembrokeshire SA67 7ES

We will be staying at Noble Court on the outskirts of the historic town of Narberth, about 5 miles inland from the coastal resort of Saundersfoot in an attractive hilly area. The site is part of the Celtic Holiday Parks Group,  Access to its location, is very easy from the A40, the main road from the end of the M4. It has a heated services block, hardstandings and electric connections which are down a fairly steep site road. I have made a booking for 38 vans which will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The rate will be £10 per night including electricity. There is no additional charge for dogs.

If you intend to come please email me by replying to this indicating which of the nights you will be staying. From a majority of the pitches there is a short uphill walk to the service block. If you need to be at the same level as the services please let me know. The club will make a single payment for the camping fees to Celtic Holiday Parks and I would be obliged if you could pay us when you book. There are two methods:

  1. By bank transfer to:

            Account name:         The Murvi Club

Bank:                          HSBC Bank

Sort code:                  40 37 15

Account no:              12001055

Reference:                Please use registration no. plus as much of your surname as will fit

  1. By posting a cheque made out to The Murvi Club to our Treasurer, Alan Major,The Corner, Crooked Lane, Birdham, Chichester, PO20 7HB.

Noble Court gives easy driving access to all the Pembrokeshire coastal areas and towns. Regular bus services run Monday to Saturday from the centre of Narberth (about a mile walk from where we are camping) to Saundersfoot, Tenby, Haverfordwest and Cardigan as the attached timetables.

I will be organising a couple of walks each of about 8 miles. One will be utilising the footpaths in the area of the site. The other will be along part of the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. For the the coastal walk I could arrange coach or minibus transport from the site. Please let me know if you will be interested in joining this.

Noble Court has a large bar which will be open for our use throughout our stay. There will be a slideshow in the bar on the Friday evening to give people the opportunity of showing their 10 best photos from the year’s travels.

Celtic Park have a restaurant on one of their other sites, Croft Country Park, which is located about 5 miles from Celtic Park. I have arranged a three course dinner for us there on the Saturday night as the attached menu. The cost will be £20 per person including coach travel to and from Croft payable on the night. If you would like to join the meal please let me have your menu choices.

Best wishes
